Our Clients are given weekly targets of 3, 4 or 5 Pounds a week they have to meet in 7 days.

Men eat 6 meals and women 5 meals a day. All meals and waters are time scheduled and based on the questionnaire they fill out.

These new clients are just starting the program so are not ready for their transformation pictures yet but are well on their way.

Many could not lose 10 pounds in 6 months and they now do it in 14 days.
