Stefan started our program on Monday Sept. 10 at 510.6 pounds.
On Wednesday Sept. 23 he weighed 487.2
That’s 23.4 Pounds lost in only 10 check ins!
So how did he do it?
Each day after waking up he gets on the scale naked and reports his weight to his Nutrition Coach for evaluation.
As part of the Platinum Plan requirements for all men, Stefan eats 6 meals per day customized specifically for him. We will continue to update his progress as he continues on his goal to reaching 240 pounds or less.
