I was first told about Wahday (who I refer to as The Guru) in July by a mutual friend.  I expressed to them how I wanted to lose weight.  I battled with my weight years; sometimes it was up some times it was down. I graduated college weighing 160, but when I got into the real world I slowly started to gain weight.

I’m a Chef so food is LIFE for me! While friends and family would nicely let me know that I was starting to gain weight I didn’t see it till it was too late. I went from 160 to my heaviest weight of 230 over the past 9 years. Like I said it was a semi slow gain so I didn’t really notice. I just thought I was getting extra curvy.

Since linking up with Wahday in September I have lost a total of 30 pounds.  That’s 30 pounds in 2 ½- 3 months.  Wahday takes the time out to educate you on how to properly read food labels, and what certain foods do to the body when eaten in excess and I believe that’s why his methods work.  That knowledge mixed with his personalized diet plan and his work out plan is the recipe for success.  It also doesn’t help that he is at your beck and call during the monitoring period.

While I am only half way to my goal weight, I could not be happier with the progress I have made so far thanks to this man.  I have already referred him to a few other friends and family members.  Health is wealth and this was soooooo worth it!  The goal is to be bikini ready 365 day a year and I’m almost there!
