I started the program on 12/12/16 weighing 334.6, and as of 01/12/17 I weigh 308.4!!! I've never tried this hard to lose weight, because I've never seen results this fast. I was overwhelmed at first but, each day I was determined to make it work. I like this program because Wahday teaches you exactly what to do, and why you do it which changed my entire outlook on weight loss. I would definitely suggest any of the monitoring plans, they all help you stay focus and keep you from going off track.
