Client Spotlight - Ivy

Platinum Plan Client 
 
Ivy started our program on Monday Sept. 6 at 306.8 pounds.
On Wednesday Sept. 16 she weighed 292.8.
That’s 14 pounds lost in only 10 check ins!

So how did she do it?
Before starting she is trained and reports her progress daily to a Nutrition Coach. So she’s not alone she has her coach to answer any questions or issues she may have.
Also, as part of the Platinum Plan requirements for all women Ivy eats 5 small meals a day customized specifically for her. 
 
We will continue to update her progress as she continues on her goal to reaching 199 pounds or less.

Update:
Ivy is now at 282.6 Pounds as of October 1. 
thats now 26.4 pounds lost in 25 check ins.
